A Visit to Sierra Leone

Carolyn Herring visited Sierra Leone in May 2011.  She talks about her trip: "As part of the Study Abroad program at Ramapo College I traveled with some nursing students and faculty to Sierra Leone to work with Saleon Health Pride, an organization that provides health services.  We gave a health clinic in King Memorial UMC in Freetown, and visited the Child Rescue Center in Bo, an orphanage run by the United Methodist Church."
